Damage/defective products may be returned. Email us joyahproductsllc@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or defective product.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages by carriers.

Please be sure to enter the correct address when placing the order. We aren't responsible for incorrect addresses if product is already sent out. If noticed shortly after placing order,reach out to us through email ASAP + hopefully we will be able to correct it in time.
